New Releases and epubs!

Recent releases

We’ve been busy writing and publishing stories on ScribbleHub and itchio. This site mostly remains dedicated to our stories that revolve around the Sunspot. However, we don’t have a central author(s) page, and so we’ve gotta share our news here at least!

So, recently, we’ve written and published a couple of stories about closeted trans women inconveniently discovering alternative ways of transitioning (inconvenient for someone else). And both of these stories are now available as webfics and epubs!

GREEN V. POOB is about a social media manager working for Poob International who gets into an altercation with the new HR bot, an LLM that’s been employed to replace the whole department. Only, it then tries to replace her, and she learns that there’s more than just rank stupidity afoot. This is the unexpected sequel to TERATOVORE, but you don’t need to read that one to enjoy it. (webfic) (epub)

THE LIFE OF INK is a whole new story that might get a sequel, inspired by our very first short story “Walking Black Water”. It’s written from the perspective an imaginary friend who might have more going on with her than meets the eye. Especially since her mother’s roommate can see her. Also, her mother, Drew, hasn’t come to accept that she’s a girl yet. Together, Ink and Drew set out to learn more about their dark past. (webfic) (epub)

But also, coming April 6, we’ve got a new book!

SHED EVERYTHING takes place in a small rural town in the Pacific Northwest of the late 80s. Keith Michaelson doesn’t really have the language to explain it, nor the safety to reach for what she needs, but she knows she’s not supposed to be a boy. However, when a magical and powerful feeling dream leads to slowly, excruciatingly fulfilling her wish in ways she hadn’t even anticipated, she’s met with the classic dilemma: Should she tell someone about it before she can’t hide it anymore?

SHED EVERYTHING pits wish fulfillment gone sideways against bullying and the ignorance of the adult world.

This book will be available as part of the Secret Trans Writing Lair’s 2026 Spring Bundle, slated to be released April 6, but it will also be published chapter by chapter on ScribbleHub and it will have a print edition! (Though the printed book will have a later release date that’s TBD.)

We’re very proud of all three of these books, and are excited to be able to share them with you.
