40 years after Saoirse the dragon took to the sky, Emi Cecile Antonia lives with her mom and her sister in Fellsden, Oregon. Ever since her Dad disappeared, one of her runalongs that follows her mom’s car on road trips has seemed more real than it should be. A lithe black dragon that no one else has seen yet.

It all comes home the night her mom’s car is crushed in the parking lot in the middle of the night. And she and her friends have to decide just how much evidence they want to try to gather before contacting Saoirse’s hotline. It’s not like her Mom is doing anything useful about it.

Saoirse’s the only dragon humanity has ever met. But it looks like that’s about to change.

And now THE FELLSDEN DRAGONHOOD have to answer the same question Saoirse did. What happens when the wish fulfillment you didn’t know you needed turns out to be somebody else’s horror story?
