Two things that we’re doing that you might like to know about!

Firstly. For the month of June, Pride Month where we live, we are going to be going through our bibliography and making sure that every book we’ve written has a beautifully formatted epub that you can download from both itch.io and this website. Itch, so that you can send us some money if you like. This website so that it’s mirrored and secure, so you can always find it somewhere.

So, each day, we’ll post a link to one of our books, starting with SYSTEMS’ OUT! and working chronologically.

We’ll be crowing about this on all our social media as well.

Secondly!

We’re poking at BLOOD IN THE DUFF again. And we might rewrite what we’ve published here (or significantly edit it). Being a mystery and political thriller, it doesn’t work very well to write it like we were doing (seat of the pants). It needs careful planning for its structure and development, which is why we stalled out on it.

So we’ve been giving it some time until we felt capable of doing that.

Just the other day, someone pointed us to the EUREKA ttrpg. In it there is a hand step by step instruction set for building a mystery adventure. And we’ve been going through it today and answering their questions for BLOOD IN THE DUFF, and it looks like it’s going to work!

So, with this post, we want to recommend EUREKA: INVESTIGATIVE URBAN FANTASY for both role players and authors who are interested in mysteries, and to officially announce that that game is helping us write one of our books. We’ll also be putting a blurb and a link at the end of BLOOD IN THE DUFF when we’re done with it.

We’ll see how it turns out, but we’re pretty optimistic about this.
